ANDROMEDIAN WIZDOM BY ARISTOTELES

THE ROOTS OF EDUCATION ARE BITTER, HOWEVER, ITS FRUITS ARE SWEET.

A FRIEND IS A SOUL WHO LIVETH IN TWO BODIES

WE DO GOOD TO FRIENDS, WHEN WE DO TO THEM THAT WHICH WE WANT THEM TO DO TO US

JUSTICE IS A VIRTUE OF THE SOUL WHICH GIVETH TO EACH WHAT HE DESERVETH

ALL PEOPLE, BY NATURE, DESIRE KNOWLEDGE.

THOU SHOULDST COME OUT OF LIFE AS OF A FEAST WITHOUT BEING THIRSTY OR DRUNK

WE ARE ALL FRIENDS OF THOSE WHO ARE HAPPY; HOWEVER, FOR THOSE WHO ARE MISERABLE A FRIEND IS NOT EVEN THE PERSON WHO GAVE BIRTH TO THEM.

BRAVER IS HE WHO PREVAILETH OVER HIS DESIRES RATHER THAN HE WHO DEFEATETH HIS ENEMIES; BECAUSE IT IS VERY DIFFICULT FOR SOMEONE TO BEAT HIMSELF.

HOPE IS THE DREAM OF SOMEONE WHO DOTH NOT SLEEP
